Our Story

Built on the belief that good coffee takes time

Coffee Origin started with a simple question: what would a coffee shop look like if it put the craft first and the rush second? We opened our doors on South Main Street to answer that question every single day.

We source our beans from farms that treat their land and their people well. We roast in small batches so every bag hits the sweet spot. And we bake our pastries before sunrise because nobody wants a stale croissant at 10 a.m.

Our space is meant for lingering — whether you're working from your laptop, catching up with a friend, or just sitting with a cup that tastes like it was made for you. That's the origin we're building toward.
